Walking down Main Street in Canandaigua on a sunny day last fall, I noticed the most beautiful doorway... full of color and splendid details. It is the front door of The Oliver Phelps Bed and Breakfast
OliverPhelps.com. I have been working a few weeks to get the color and lighting of my painting to capture that moment and feeling that I had that day. Enjoy! I am so grateful to be living in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State... To me, its all in the details.... and taking the time to notice them is something that I am striving to do more of in 2010...
